CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER/REGISTERED PRINCIPAL:  Joel began in financial services in 1994. He earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University Sacramento and holds Finra Series 4,6,7,24,53 and NASAA 63 and 65 Securities Licenses. He is a registered Principal and OSJ Manager for Securities America, Inc. Joel grew up in Hawaii and when he’s not in the office, he enjoys surfing and spending time at the beach.
